All staff must complete a 40 hr DCF training program within the first year of working in the childcare industry. Staff must also complete 20 hrs of in-service each year. All other training varies by teacher.
We use for attendance and parent communication. This is also how parents receive daily reports for children under 2 years old (meals, naps, diaper changes). Teachers can also send photos of children to their parents. All communication goes to the email(s) on file and can also be found in the Parent app.
The State of Florida requires us to keep current medical records on file, including immunization record (Form 680) and physical (School Entry Health Exam). We can only accept Florida forms. Parents must also provide a copy of their Driver’s License for their child’s file.
